Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday).

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of unexpected delays (stock issues, address errors), we will reach out to you promptly.

Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time is 4–7 working days depending on your location.

  • Remote or non-metro locations may take slightly longer.

  • You’ll receive tracking details via email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.

  • Our delivery partners ensure safe and contactless delivery at your doorstep.

Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across India, including metros, towns, and most rural pincodes.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply on orders below ₹999 or on Cash on Delivery orders (if available).

Delivery Issues & Support

  • If your package is delayed or marked delivered but not received, contact us immediately at 9830122984 / 9831239984.

  • We’ll investigate and coordinate with the courier partner for a quick resolution.

  • In rare cases of loss or damage in transit, we will reship your order or issue a refund.
