  • Delivery time may vary based on your location (generally 4–7 working days).

  • Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once shipped.

  • Laavel is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed products with original tags and packaging intact.

  • To request a return or exchange, email us at contact@laavel.com with your order details.

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the product was defective or incorrect.

  • Due to lighting and screen settings, actual colors may slightly vary from images.
